I cannot say enough good things about Heather! From the very first appointment, she completely turned around what was honestly a bad experience I had elsewhere. I came to her with very little to work with, and she still made me feel so beautiful and confident—her skill and attention to detail are unmatched.

Her retention is truly the BEST. I only need fills every 3 weeks, which makes it so worth the slightly higher upfront cost compared to other artists. You genuinely get what you pay for, and then some.

On top of her incredible talent, she is one of the kindest, most welcoming people you’ll meet. She makes every appointment such a great experience. I’m so thankful I found her—she’s the only one I trust with my lashes!

💯🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!!!!! Heather is AMAZING!!!! I moved away from OH for a little over a year and couldn’t wait to get back to Lash & Beauty Loft. I have had my lashes done for over 10+ years and no one has been able to meet the quality or the level of Heather’s skills. My lashes are full and the quality of the lash is superb. I do get my lashes filled every 2-3 weeks and Heather takes her time to remove lashes that are grown out and replaces them appropriately.
